Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning
We deep-clean sofas, chairs, carpets, and waiting room seating using hot-water extraction — then document every job with before-and-after photos you can keep on file.
Deep Extraction — Not Just a Surface Clean
Standard vacuuming and spray-and-wipe leave contaminants embedded in fabric fibers and carpet backing. Our hot-water extraction method forces clean water deep into the material and pulls out dirt, allergens, bacteria, and odor sources — then we photograph the results so you can see exactly what changed.
Hot-Water Extraction
200°F+ pressurized water penetrates deep into fabric fibers and carpet backing — lifting embedded dirt, allergens, and bacteria that surface cleaning misses.
Photo Documentation
Every job includes before-and-after photography of treated areas. You get a visual record — useful for property management reports, compliance files, and client trust.
Odor Neutralization
We treat odor at the source — not with fragrance masking. Enzymatic neutralizers break down organic odor compounds in upholstery and carpet backing.
What Happens Step by Step
Fabric & Surface Assessment
We inspect all upholstered surfaces and carpeted areas: fabric type, stain locations, odor zones, and soiling level. Pre-service photos are taken at this stage.
Pre-Treatment of Stains & High-Soil Areas
Problem areas receive targeted pre-treatment — enzymatic solutions for organic stains, dwell-time agents for heavy soiling. We let chemistry do the work before extraction.
Hot-Water Deep Extraction
Professional extraction equipment forces clean water in and pulls contaminated water out. Sofas, chairs, waiting room seating, and carpets are treated according to fabric type.
Photo Documentation & Drying
Post-service photos are taken alongside pre-service shots. We provide an estimated dry time (typically 2–6 hours) and a service report with all photos attached.
